- 16 ozs. uncooked spaghetti
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. milk
- 4 c. chopped cooked turkey
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1-2/3 c. grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Cook spaghetti for 8 to 10 minutes; drain. Place in prepared baking dish. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour. Mix in chicken broth and milk. Cook until boiling. Stir in 1-1/3 cups Parmesan, and remove from heat. Mix broth mixture and turkey with spaghetti. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour until surface is lightly browned.
