1 can tomatoes, undrained (16 oz.)
1-1/2 c. water
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 c. lima beans
1 c. fresh corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. vegetable bouillon
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a small dutch oven. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat. Simmer 45 minnutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
