- 3 peeled apples
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
shell. Mix sugar, flour, sour cream, egg and cinnamon together and pour over apples. Top with a crumbled mixture of 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Let cool before cutting.
