Sour Cream Apple Pie

  • 3 peeled apples
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
Cut peeled apples in bite-sized pieces and layer on unbaked pie
shell. Mix sugar, flour, sour cream, egg and cinnamon together and pour over apples. Top with a crumbled mixture of 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Let cool before cutting.
