Readers resolve why the turtle crossed the road

May 12, 2005 - A few weeks ago, Country World published several unique photos by staff member Carolyn Rost which showed a turtle's ventures crossing the road. We asked readers to respond to the famed question: "Why did the turtle cross the road?"
