1. I was getting the same error message as previous users when I tried uploading my photos through the app. (Pic attached)

    I tried everything than deleted the app and tried to reinstall as another user suggested.

    But now I'm having this same problem:
    It's completely gone from the App Store and I can't download through my browser. It says not available in the US. Tried changing to the U.K. Store but it's not available there either.

    Help!

  2. I'm having the same issue with the app. I just upgraded to an iPhone 7 and I can't find the app in the App Store?? Help!

  9. There is a problem with a Net-a-Porter advert this morning.
    Every new page I go onto has this banner advert across the top of the screen and when I click on the cross to close it (the top right hand corner) I get an error message telling me that "You may not dismiss this advert" :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
    I would be very grateful if you would remove it and/or give me 'permission' to do so :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:

  12. Every time I get a notification for the app it's all blank and doesn't tell me which thread it's for. Happening to anyone else?

  14. I'm actually getting the same message now since downloading the app again. Previously was getting the upload failure which prompted me to reinstall the PF app.
     
  15. Unfortunately the app is increasingly unreliable and unpredictable. Much of it has to do with the app provider, sadly.
